Public showers in Scotland have been an absolute godsend. Scotland is our favourite place to van life in the UK. You can go for a weekend to months on end. But the one recurring issue we've had is showering on the road, we rolled in our T5 for 5 years! So when we found out that you could find shower facilities near where we are a lot of the time in Scotland we were blown away.
From our travels, we've seen Public Facilities, like toilets etc. in Scotland fall into a few categories and that's the same with Public Showers. Some shower facilities are free, some are paid for. Some will also come with additional facilities, such as toilets, hair dryers, water refilling and washing machines.
Please note that any of these listings are subject to change, whether that be timings, costs or availability. We have worked to give the most up-to-date information. We have tried to provide telephone numbers where we can, so you may wish to ring ahead, where possible.
Here are the locations we've travelled to and researched for you. Use the link to jump to locations to find public showers near me. If you feel there's a public shower we should add, drop us an email 😎🤙🏼.
