Our Vanlife Pledge
For us and so many others worldwide, living and travelling in a van has been life-changing. The ability to get so close to nature, to explore the places you would normally pass, to see the world through the eyes of freedom, it’s magical. Our pledge is to honour Van Life with a commitment to responsible travel. For us this means…
- Never park in passing places, entrances or obstruct accesses.
- Shopping locally whenever possible, farm shops are our favourites.
- Taking litter away where there aren’t bins, picking up what we can if we see it.
- Not parking where no parking signs are present.
- Chatting with the locals, approaching a situation with a friendly smile can create the most fascinating conversations. No one knows the area you are in better than a local.
- Be stealthy where applicable, car parks are not campsites.
